With over a decade of experience, Jay held prominent roles in banking behemoths like United Wholesale Mortgage, Rocket Mortgage, and Chase Bank. Throughout his career, he originated loans across 18 states, showcasing his expertise in the field.
In 2021, Jay took a leap of faith and founded JayD Financial LLC, a mortgage brokerage headquartered in Downtown Detroit. His firm now operates throughout Michigan, Texas, and Florida, with a mission to provide equitable financial services to underserved communities. Through his work, Jay has been a driving force in creating more homeowners of color, empowering families and individuals in overlooked regions.
